These terms apply to your use of ljbrown.co.uk (the "site") and any quote, proposal, or engagement we agree separately in writing. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Who we are

LJ Brown is an independent design studio operating from Bakewell, Derbyshire, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@ljbrown.co.uk.

3. Use of the site

The site is provided "as is". You agree not to misuse it, attempt to access non-public areas, scrape it at volume, or use it in any way that breaches UK law.

4. Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting the contact form, exchanging emails, or having a discovery call does not create a binding contract. A project starts only when we countersign a written proposal or statement of work.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site (copy, design, code, imagery) is owned by LJ Brown unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links, but not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission.

6. Pricing

Prices shown on the site are indicative ranges. The price for your project is the figure set out in the signed proposal.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to £100.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change.
